In a warm and cosy setting, plunge into the heart of Savoyard folklore and discover our alpine gastronomy. On the menu, a selection of cheese dishes made from regional cheeses from the fruit cooperative and the mountain pasture of Mont aux Contamines Montjoie.

Our Tartiflettes
Tartiflettes are so much more than simply potatoes au gratin. Layers of potatoes, smoked bacon and pan-fried onions are topped with Reblochon cheese and grilled in the oven. Served with a green salad.

The Stem welcomes you from December 12 to March 31 to April 20.
