Tartiflettes are so much more than simply potatoes au gratin. Layers of potatoes, smoked bacon and pan-fried onions are topped with Reblochon cheese and grilled in the oven. Served with a green salad.

The Stem welcomes you from December 12 to March 31 to April 20. Summer :
